A Grateful Journey with My Tummy

For the past four years, I’ve been dealing with ongoing tummy discomfort, especially after my evening meals. While it has gradually improved, it’s still something I’ve had to manage daily.
Recently, I felt a strong inner nudge to create a meditation focused on my tummy—specifically, one rooted in gratitude. I called it the Thank You Tummy Meditation. I committed to practicing it a few times a day, focusing deeply on gratitude and reminding myself that healing is always happening, moment by moment.
Then, something remarkable happened. Last night, at 9 p.m., I realized that I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. My tummy felt perfectly normal. The most surprising part? I hadn’t even noticed until that moment because I was so immersed in my evening activities, completely free of discomfort.
When I realized this, my excitement quickly transformed into something deeper—a profound sense of gratitude that filled my entire being. It was as if my body was saying, “Thank you for believing in me.”
I’m sharing this experience because it’s a reminder of how powerful sincere gratitude can be. It’s not just a practice—it’s a force that can work miracles. For me, it was more than just a physical change; it was a moment of connection, trust, and love for my own body.
