A Grateful Journey with My Tummy

For the past four years, I’ve been dealing with ongoing tummy discomfort, especially after my evening meals. While it has gradually improved, it’s still something I’ve had to manage daily. Recently, I felt a strong inner nudge to create a meditation focused on my tummy—specifically, one rooted in gratitude. I called it the Thank You Tummy Meditation.
